Real Deal Leads provides backend coordination including appointment setting, live transfer management, and outbound outreach based on your selected package. You're responsible for follow-up, client communication, and closing deals. We support the pipeline — you close the deal.

📌 What’s the onboarding process like?
Once you sign up, we’ll reach out to collect key details about your business goals, availability, and campaign preferences. We’ll then build your campaign based on this input and notify you when it’s ready to launch.

📌 What kind of support do I get during the campaign?
All clients receive progress updates and fulfillment monitoring.
Growth, Elite, and Custom packages include a dedicated rep who will track your campaign performance and flag any issues that need your attention. Our goal is to keep everything running smoothly while giving you visibility into lead flow and outcomes.

📌 Do I get a dashboard to track leads and progress?
Dashboards are available for an additional $100/month and include real-time lead tracking, call notes, appointment status, and engagement visibility.
CRM access is included by default in Custom packages.
We strongly recommend adding this feature to maximize your follow-up success.

📌 Will you communicate directly with my clients?
Only if approved during onboarding.
By default, we focus on qualification and appointment coordination. We do not impersonate you, your brand, or act as your official representative unless this is explicitly arranged in writing.

📌 Is this a subscription?
No. All packages are one-time payments unless you choose to order again.
The only recurring charge is optional CRM access at $100/month if you want dashboard access and full visibility into leads.

📌 Can I cancel or request a refund?
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our work and the upfront resources allocated to each campaign, refunds are not available once a campaign has been initiated or setup has begun.
We will always aim to resolve any legitimate concerns with adjustments, additional services, or campaign improvements — but chargebacks or refund demands after delivery are not honored.

We do not guarantee any specific number of sales, revenue, or business outcomes. Success depends on your follow-up, offer, and ability to close.
Real Deal Leads and its affiliates are not liable for client-side performance, sales conversion, or compliance with local business laws. By purchasing, you agree to hold Real Deal Leads harmless for all campaign outcomes, client disputes, or legal claims arising from your business operations.

📌 Independent Relationship
All clients are independent business owners. No agency, employee, or partnership relationship exists between you and Real Deal Leads. We operate solely as a consulting and fulfillment partner based on the services outlined in your package.
